Fantastic finale. Though, they REALLY slimmed down that last bit about the music video, like a depressing lot. It's not Aqua, but MEM-cho narrating/internal monologuing about it. I hate actully spoiling anything for anime-onlys, so this is all exactly where the manga ends, but only read if you're okay with even the tiniest bit that maybe be in the first scene or two of S3. I worry that it will be left out and never thought about/elaborated in the anime. She(MEM-cho) thinks about how the songwriter and the music video producer created something "beyond my wildest imagination." "It's level of perfection set it apart from the average idol music video." She goes on stating that the one who garnered the spotlight was Ruby. "She was wrapped under a dark and mysterious aura. Her oddly captivating gaze pierced the hearts of those who watched the video." The video got +20 million views, rivaling the most popular idol groups. I'll stop there. She covers much more, but it could fit a S3E1, if the studio is gonna milk it. The chapter is more than half from MEM's perspective. It's weird that the anime stops halfway through a chapter(before MEM is done). :/ The rest of it is likely to open season 3. A heads-up: that after credits scene is real, very, super damn early. Like...damn near 30 chapters early. Also: Cut content. Warning, no spoilers, but distinct info on the context of the moment. That last scenes should not happen without the lead up scene, if you're interested. Full transparency- they may shove this cut scene in as a "We know rhat you totallyfirgot all about that murder at the end of season 2. Heh-he" sorta bullshit. So, there is a smaller scene right before that last one. The blond guy and this super famous actress(the one who dies) are talking about her career, and about her taking a month off from work and going mountain climbing, while drinking at a bar. I won't say his or her name(just in case), but she is calling him a nickname and acting very close with him. It ends with him warning her to be "watch her step," since no one would find you "out there." Then, you get the shot of her cell phone and shoe, and guy starts monologuing, "It's my fault such a loved actress has lost her life." "I took your precious life." All I can say is, sure, it is soooo enticing to reveal HIM at this point in the show, but I think it neuters much of the feelings, expectations, and environment of the next 28 chapter worth of anime.
