Progress Report
Added 2024-12-10 13:47:38 +0000 UTCAlright, this is going to be pretty quick since the polls aren't done yet and thus I've only been able to work on Left Hand Magic so far. That said, I have gotten a decent bit done, and I'm sort of jumping ahead of the poll actually finishing a bit since I already finished Trix's Weekend 6 event. Given the Arianna/Talia Threesome Route is the most dominant in the poll so far, I went ahead and started rendering the stills for it just so time isn't being wasted. The party stills are actually sort of agonizing. That one still in the hallway when they arrive each time? Bloody thing is like a 14 hour render if nothing goes wrong because of the number of figures in it and some complicated lighting. And that's on top of another couple of hours to run a dForce simulation on the clothes. Which I have to do piecemeal, because dForce overloads and crashed Daz Studio if I try to do all of their clothing simulations in one go -_-.
Ugh.
Anyway, there are multiple stills like that for the Arianna/Talia party scenes, so I've had the rendering rig chewing on them. I've gotten all of three of them done in the last two days -_-. For reference? I can normally knock out 5-10 still renders per day. Like I said, 'ugh.' Anyway, I am working on those renders, and like I said, I'm already done with the Trix Route renders and animations. So things are going...okay? A bit slower than I'd like, but I sort of knew that was going to be the case after slogging through the party event twice already for other routes. Meaning I'm not far off where I expected to be, even if I'm frustrated with where that is. Yay me, I guess?
