October Poll Results!

Alright! Polls are wrapped up, so let's dive straight in, shall we?

Short Story Poll

This one had a couple of surprises for me. One was that A New Business Model actually didn't do so bad. The other was the Andrea of the Silver Key suddenly took a massive jump from the numbers it had been seeing previously. An effect of the whole Locktober thing, maybe? Despite it's jump, though, I'm afraid it wasn't quite able to unseat what seems to be the current reigning champion...

-----

Alyia and the Magic Shop: 74.9

Andrea of the Silver Key: 61.5

An App for That: 36.6

A New Buisness Model: 31.5

Mass Effect: Final Error: 20.83

The Long Haul: 16.6

-----

So, Alyia and the Magic Shop wins again! Which honestly usually features some sort of chastity content anyway, so...hopefully not too much of a disappointment for the Andrea of the Silver Key fans. I also noted that I may have made a slight mistake by admitting that I was going to update Mass Effect: Final Error one way or another, since there were a few last minute votes changes after I said that :-p. Guess it's good to know at least some people are reading the Progress Reports. Anyway, Aylia and Magic Shop and Mass Effect:Final Error will be the short stories updated this month.

Mixed Media Short

This was nearly a unanimous vote, to my slight surprise. Only a single person voted for anything other than another chapter of Silas Station: Consequences. I suppose that's a good sign for how much people like that particular series? Regardless, as it took 83% of the vote as a result, Silas Station is obviously getting it's update! Which means I may need to go on a small research an acquisition spree for a couple of new assets. That's the only 'downside' to Silas Station. I enjoy writing it, but it's sometimes a bit hard to find suitable assets for, which often forces me to deviate a bit from my outlines. Still, I write those outlines with that fact in mind, so it's nothing new. I'll likely try to get started on it tonight if at all possible, since the delay at the start of the month means I'm a little bit behind the curve of when I normally start rendering for the Mixed Media Short :-(. Hopefully that won't come back to haunt me too badly. This is one of the reasons I focus so hard on keeping delays in check >_<. I honestly don't get how those developers that are constantly dragging their feet and announcing delays don't end up as balls of shivering anxiety...
