Progress Report

First! Remember that the polls for the month are still ongoing! If you haven't already, make sure you vote in the Short Story and Mixed Media Short polls. 

With that reminder out of the way, a quick progress report. Quick, of course, because I need the polls to finish before I work on their related content ;-). 

Left Hand Magic

This is going a little more slowly than I'd like, but honestly not much. Mostly the slowness has been a function of having had several appointments scheduled for early this month, rather than any actual production issues. As you can see from the attached images, I decided to start with Talia. Specifically, with the first Cosplay related scene. I decided a photoshoot was a logical way to ease that theme in, so one of her upcoming scenes is just that, a photoshoot...that ends in some fun, of course ;-). I've got both animations and most of the stills for that scene done. I need two stills still, both ones that are waiting on assets. I haven't found assets (for a reasonable price point anyway) that I'm in love with for Talia's home, so I'm dragging my feet a bit while I keep looking during free moments.

Regardless. That's Talia's most involved scene largely done, and I'm fully expecting to get all of the stills for her other two scenes done tonight. I'm looking for one more asset to make what I have in mind work, but I've got options there, I just need to finalize which ones I want to use. Tomorrow should be set aside for the last animation for Talia's solo content for Week 3. And then I can move onto either Arianna or Revina. Probably Arianna first, since I have a clearer idea what I want to do with her. 

Wallpapers

Renders are done, going to try and make myself do the post processing and typesetting tonight, so that I can actually have them out earlyish in the month for once. 

Short Story

Yeah, I know I said I can't work on this until the poll is done. But that's not quite accurate. After all, only one short is chosen by poll. As such, I picked out one of the current front runners in the poll and already have around 2k words done for it. If it wins the poll, yay I have a head start. If it doesn't? Than it just becomes the secondary short for the month and I still have a head start. No, I'm not going to reveal which story it is, since that might tempt people into changing their votes ;-). Suffice it to say that I've gotten at least a little bit of a jump on the short story side of things.
