Progress Report

Alright! Time for the month's first progress report. Since the polls aren't done yet (hint, hint, go vote if you haven't yet!) I'll keep it relatively short.

Haven's Port

I have, in fact, settled on doing the island of Jerta (Paradise) first. I've acquired most of the assets I needed and pieced together the main landing area. You can see it in the image attached, though that's actually not the whole beach/docks area. There's some fun stuff going on off to the right that you can't see ;-). What you can see, is a smattering of the islands various inhabitant types. Centaurs, Islander Natives, and Orcs. No pixies/fairies obviously present...but that's mostly because they are small and I figured you'd never actually be able to spot them even if I added them. I've also gotten the first scene started rendering, though I'm not finished with it yet. At this point, I've mostly been building locations and such from the assets, to be used in the various scenes I have planned out.

Short Story

The first short, which is technically the second short from last month, really, has it's rough draft done. I'll likely edit it tonight and post it sometime in the early morning. It's the Drone story I mentioned I wanted to take a shot at. I think it turned out pretty decent, particularly for my first ever attempt at that particular kink. But we'll see what you all think of it.

Wallpapers

I knocked out the renders for these already. Basically, the SFW one is a considerably expanded view of this main area...and the NSFW one is a zoom in on that 'fun area' i mentioned. It's possible I might actually use reduced resolution versions of them as one-shot intro renders for the island when you first arrived. Not sure about that. That might feel a bit too much like cheating to me. We'll see. 

Regardless, I still need to do post-processing on them...and typesetting. And we all know by now that means I'm likely to procrastinate them for at least a week. Since I hate typesetting with the burning passion of seven thousand angry kittens trying to claw the hand that feeds them.
