Progress Report

With that out of the way, progress report on Left Hand Magic. It's...going. The antibiotics they put me on have made me even fuzzier and sleepier. That's not unusual of course, the body tends to respond to needing to heal by forcing you to sleep. But it's keeping me moving slower on LHM than I'd like. I have made serious progress. I have all four of the 'main' scenes, those being the long weekend-event scenes (having between 15-21 still renders each, plus a two stage animation set) completely coded. And two of the four have their writing finished as well. The trouble with that is that...I'd intended to have all four of them written by the time I crashed today. Partly they were simply longer than I expected. But mostly it was the fact that I ended up taking multiple naps throughout the day in order to actually be able to focus.

Currently, I'd give decent odds that I can finish with a minimal delay. Probably no more than two days at most (unless something else goes wrong). But that I'm probably going to need at least one extra day beyond the end of the month. Still not too bad, considering the circumstances, but frustrating nevertheless. 

On another note, expect to see another poll pop up either today or tomorrow. I really don't like the idea of it overlapping with Arianna's kink poll...but I realized as I was mentally organizing for next month that I'm going to need the result of the Haven's Port Focus Poll as early into July as possible. It's a MAJOR one, with the choice going to be which of the two Faction Islands gets introduced first...but since I'm planning to basically do all the scenes on whichever island that is...I kinda need to know which I'll be working on by like the 3rd or 4th. Hence running it early...
