Found another bug. On a playthrough where I chose NOT to switch Moko's birth control pills, after meeting Vicky at the warehouse and getting 350,000 dollars, the main character went to bed and commented to himself about how he was now dating Moko. He then got awoken in the night by the usual Moko phone calls, as though he was dating her. (For me, this was on day 48, with all other quests completed prior to moving to Mohoro.) That shouldn't happen, since Moko only normally dates you if you get her pregnant.

Thank you ! .. I found it .. it is just a misplaced text .. Ema is marked "NOT pregnant, but the text is not correct..

Found a bug. If you pull out of Anna too late and get her pregnant, but you wear a condom when having sex with Ema, only Anna should be pregnant. Later, when having a beer with James, he'll ask how things have been. If you comment "Anna is Pregnant", James will say that Ema is pregnant too, and your character will think "You just don't know that I'm responsible for both... and I will keep that secret". That is the bug. Ema is not pregnant, so neither character should be thinking or saying anything about you getting her pregnant.
