v0.1.1 - a quick day 1 hotfix!

Hi everyone :)

First of all thanks for the support and nice words from everyone, it really means a lot to us! Here is a day 1 hotfix with things that needed some quick attention.

Using the look-at-camera option caused some situations that looked like straight out of "the exorcist". While funny it was still a bug and we fixed it.

We also got reports that people with hardware not supporting DirectX 11 could not run the game. So we added DirectX 11 support by starting the game through a secondary .exe now located right next to the main .exe.

-Improved weird "look at camera" head rotation
