Added 2024-07-30 22:16:08 +0000 UTCI think I finally figured out what was bothering my eyes? I can no longer tolerate the lenses of my glasses not being aligned perfectly straight. Like if I set my glasses down on the lenses they have to be as flat against the table as possible or everything wobbles when I look at it. Also I keep getting migraines. I promise I'm trying really hard to get these pages done, it's just been very difficult to work! I wanted to get through these pages as a set because I'm sure folks are going to ask questions that the comic is just about to answer but I just wasn't able to get through it in time for the end of the month. You guys are so cool and I really appreciate how patient y'all have been.

But they also have to obey the 6-feathers? No, this isn't making sense. They each have 5 feathers, which implies that they serve the 6-feathers first. That means they're generals--part of the military command--and each legion they command is their tribe's warriors. It doesn't make sense for them to also serve their matriarchs as diplomats or representatives, because that would cause the equivalent of a constitutional crisis any time the 6-feathers ordered a chief to do something his matriarchs had forbidden.
