This feels like a setup to me. I don't think most of these guards are in on this, they just saw one of there own get attacked and are reacting accordingly. My guess is nasty general guy organized the guards and put the most Ghanian looking soldiers around his hitman. Let's hope somebody with some political acumen *cough*Jintu*cough* keeps their head on their shoulders.
