v 0.2 is ready!

I had a lot more free time today than expected so I wrapped up the rest of this update and QA'ed everything. As a thank you for supporting my project, patrons get the first crack at the game and will be public later this week.

- Added a new path selection page to fast forward to specific sub-paths.
- Updated the below paths:

- Hypno (Mike)

Altogether there should be about 45 minutes worth of new content. The next update will be out end of month/early next and will focus on hotwife/swinger. Any feedback from the 0.2 will be rolled into the 0.3.
