Raymond is just taking his little slave mayor for a walk. He thought it was sooo cute to dress his kitty up as an adorable maid. uwu
But this sassy boy is turning his back to his master.....pulling up his skirt, and giving him an ultimatum. If the maid costume stays on...so does the dog leash and diaper-bondage remain on mayor. XP
Oh and also he gets a squishy diaper to the face. <3
