What To Expect: April 2023 (+ PRODUCTION SCHEDULE CHANGE!)

I will begin with an apology for not making a WTE post for March; Simply put, I wasn't able to give anyone a straight answer to what we were doing for the month, since I was trying to figure out what to do with ACES Chapter 3; specifically, we had the beginning nailed, but not quite what the macguffin was going to be.

Not long afterwards, I made a small group chat with Eli and DomBot and we pitched some ideas, and finally figured out what to do! Now it's just a matter of writing it down and refining it, which shouldn't take too long, but there is plenty of buffer before we get there.

Also, Eli and I are announcing a change to our streaming/page production schedule! We recently had a discussion about some changes we need to make, to ensure that we can update comics in a more consistent manner, and we were able to make an agreement! So, starting April 3rd (this coming Monday), we will be working on SFW Pages Monday-Wednesday, and NSFW pages Thursday-Friday! Saturday and Sunday will be our "Misc/Free Time." days, where we could do things like commissions, or maybe Eli could play games, etc.

Hopefully, this will render the poll I posted earlier unnecessary (though to be fair, it was mainly split 50/50, as of writing this post. XD), but more importantly, I'm hoping this new schedule will bring in a lot more stability, and ensure pages are uploaded more consistently.

Speaking of which, we're getting towards a couple of milestones! We will reach not only the end of ACES Chapter 2, this month, but also the end of Moonlit Grind Part 1! With the latter being finished, this will give us more time to finish the other two NSFW comics (Fuzzy Slithers and Dorm Life), and afterwards, we could use this extra time to finally get to remaking ACES Chapter 1. We have plenty of pages left for both of those comics before we can get to that, however.

We are now only 2 months away from the 10th Anniversary of Moonlit Brew! Obviously, we have to do something special to commemorate the occasion, but what should we do, exactly? At the moment, I'm thinking of a commemorative drawing, and maybe doing an "Ask the cast" type of thing, similar to what we did with the ACES characters when we finished Chapter 1, a couple of years ago. That being said, I'm open to ideas...reasonable ones, of course!

As for personal news, my dad finished his last round of chemo, a couple weeks ago! I took my parents out to dinner to celebrate, but we won't know if he's in remission until a week or two. I'm hoping that when we get the good news, we can finally start planning on going to Japan, since we've been trying to go there for 4 years, now, and I'd like to try and get that done before something else comes up (God forbid... X_X).
