Unexpected Move [IRL]

Long story short, there was a long, drawn-out situation over the past 10 months regarding an unauthorized rent increase and pending "renoviction" that specifically targeted the unit I've lived in for almost 8 years.
After fighting it at the provincial level (and winning!), I've decided the best route to avoid further work/life interruptions is to move into a different unit within the same building. This will "close the original case" per se, keep my rent costs similar, and avoid the LL's appeal.
While there's no firm move-out date yet, it's anticipated to be sometime in January.
So for now, it's all about cleaning and getting rid of unneeded stuff a little at a time.
All of the above has interfered with turnaround estimates, especially with larger projects like comics and similar. The move itself won't be terrible, but getting settled & changing addresses later will be time-consuming...but, at least the end is in sight.
