Now Pre-Holding Slots for New *YCH Patreon Tier*!

I've decided (with feedback from you all) to implement a new $50 USD Patreon tier focused on frequent YCH's. The new tier will start with 8 - 10 available slots.

This new tier won't launch until October 1st 2022, but I'm now beginning to reserve slots for interested patrons. Don't worry - if you cease being a patron between now and then, I'll still honor your tier hold when the time comes.

Why mention this so early? This gives me time to both gauge interest (and make changes if need-be), + plan my work queue that I do months in advance.

HOW THE NEW TIER WOULD WORK:

• The tier will be focused on frequent YCHs called Gold YCH's. Gold YCH's will debut every other month (rotating with animation/request streams) and won't offset the frequency of "regular" YCHs I aim to offer a few times per year.
  
  
• Every month, patrons in this tier will accumulate something called "YCH tickets" which are a percentage of their $50 USD pledge that I withhold as a "credit" that can be used toward any YCH you fancy. I keep track of ticket counts on a spreadsheet that you can also check any time. Ticket balances don't "expire" regardless of upgrading or downgrading tiers later.
  
  
• Patrons of this new tier will be able to anonymously submit concepts/themes for Gold YCH's, vote on the concept submissions, and will have first choice of the Gold YCH character slots.
  
  
• ^ If there are unclaimed character slots in a Gold YCH, both lower and higher tiered patrons will have the ability to fill these character slots. If no patrons claim the character slots, they will then be available to the public (non-patrons). Either way, there will be many more opportunities for YCHs due to this new tier.
  
  
• Gold YCH slots will primarily feature prey or micro slots, but depending on the concept/s you suggest, they may occasionally feature larger pred or macro slots for patrons to claim.   
  
  
• The pricing of YCH's themselves depends heavily on the piece's rendering style (sketch only, colored, color/shading etc) and "size" of the character slots, with larger and/or full-body characters costing more than smaller ones or partially obscured ones. Each YCH piece is unique in this aspect! To make things accessible I'd like to have some YCH's be colored, some sketch only, etc. each year.

  OTHER TIER CHANGES (COMING IN AUTUMN)
  
  The $30 USD "Casual cameo appearance" tier will be deleted.
  
  The $15 USD "Mid" tier will be dropped to $10 USD to better reflect the frequency of tier-specific perks like Sketchbook posts.
  
  Commission Club tiers will all be raised in price and "equalized" in value.
