Dev News : Java L3 & RTX : FOG update

It would have : All the tools, Sandstone, redstone blocks and some carpet update.
RTX will get a Fog update this month. It would have great volumetric lights such as god rays which is going to be compatible with the latest mine craft RTX game update.
