Holiday scheduling

Hi, everyone! As you know, the holidays are fast approaching, like a rampaging kaiju in a Santa hat. I usually travel to be with family for the last couple of weeks of the year, and this year is no exception. This potentially complicates my serial posting, in that it my be difficult for me to be able to secret myself away long enough to write and edit posts. (Especially without being asked, "What's keeping you so busy writing?")

So, here's what I know about my upcoming schedule:

There will definitely be a chapter this week (December 12).
There will probably be a chapter next week (December 19).
There may be a post Christmas week (December 26), which may be a serial chapter, or may be something else.
There will probably not be a post the first week of January (January 2).

The last two are dependent on me finding sufficient writing time on vacation. (The second one, the chapter of the week of the 19th, is dependent on me finding sufficient time this week!)

I am also hoping to find time to revamp rewards in January. I'm not entirely satisfied with the levels that I have now—I realize most folks choose levels more based on what they can afford than out of a desire to get spiffy stuff, especially since I haven't promised much spiffy stuff. But the participation in the Q&A posts is, well, pretty limited, so I'm not sure they're entirely the right approach. After all, you can leave comments on any post you want and I'll usually respond. (By the way, you are all encouraged to leave comments!)
