This art was inspired by the image of Jenna Ortega at "Wednesday" premiere. She was in the image of something like a gloomy bride with a veil

I feel your style nicely splits the difference between "realistic" and "cartoony." I wouldn't feel beholden to constrain yourself to perfectly recreate a real/famous person all the time, but certainly a more "inspired-by" approach is a nice compromise. I feel this piece in particular is a great example of that. It's enough "Wednesday" and enough "Jenna Ortega" to satisfy both fans of the character and fans of the actor.
