Looking at the gif, the racoon's movement is akin to Adult Yufeng (dark latex black dragons that moves 2 spaces), during movement, they only move in straight lines, however this isn't turn-based and does it every interval. It is possible to get them to overshoot you.

tbh on discord it might be a good idea to try and get mods from the community to help tbh I think a patreon server would be neat due to I would love to be in a server where I could talk with fellow fans of your work but also understand that it leads to stress

Nice Raccon transfur and about discord. its hard to run it unless you get your own staff manager to keep eye for you with moderators like my own discord server I wouldnt recommand it if you want to keep eye on it and make sure there is no raids and stuff + patreon members "could" leak the invite link to other people who arent patreon so for now dont do it as it will give you too much to do

dude, you take up far too many responsibilities for your own good, i hella respect it but you need to settle down and relax, don't overwork yourself, it'll just burn you out, so for this and the reasons of more leaks and moderation issues considering the number of patreons...ect. I don't think it's the best idea.

A discord server sounds simultaneously like a good and bad idea - on one hand it's a great opportunity to engage with your patrons and organize playtesting and feedback, but at the same time having around 850 people here on Patreon alone means that anywhere from 1 to 850+ people will be on it at any given time, and that is a huge amount of work even with a strong moderation team. Not to mention, if someone gives out the invite to someone who shouldn't have access to it, there might be some trouble with raids or a greater increase in leaking information. I worry that it will become a greater point of stress for you more than it will be a place to get feedback and playtesting information. I'd suggest maybe only giving access only to certain tiers but it might come off as gatekeeping. Ultimately it's up to you, but I'd seriously consider how this would affect your mental health and your work ethic.

I worry about you taking on any more responsibilities. You tend to overwork yourself into sickness already. Even without the energy required to manage the discord, everyone having a direct way to talk to you with suggestions or requests or complaints (valid or not) seems like it would be asking for you to stress yourself to death. But I also wonder, are you alright socially? Do you have friends and stuff to talk to? Or do you pour nearly all of your time into your work and not just hang out with people? A discord might be nice for you to socialize, if you can keep the focus off of people asking for more stuff to be put into your games.

As others have said, a discord could indeed be useful for various reasons, but it would require some dedicated effort. Even if its patreon only, that's still potentially 800+ people and thus moderation would be required. If you have the time and energy, or have a couple of people who can do it for you, a discord would be great. If not, don't feel pressured to make one unless you need it for a specific reason

I... wonder if I would make a burner(alternate) account on Discord if I wanted to participate. I have no strong suggestion one way or the other, but as others have stated, you would need a few dedicated people to moderate the whole thing. I think it's possible to restrict invites to require a patreon membership, but I have never personally gone through such a process so I do not know the specifics.

I myself would personally love a discord, but knowing how busy you are, it would only lead to you failing to get nearly as much work done because you always would need to keep it moderated. So I would say hold off on until you can feel like you can spare the time to dedicate to it, as well as find a bunch of people you can thoroughly trust to watch the place as administrators in your absence.

As much as I would like to see a discord server it may not be the best call. It takes a lot of work to moderate a server so I'd say hold off on it.

The discord idea, would probably serve as a double-edged sword. Knowing a bit about you, I'd say, it may serve as a big distraction from your work? Depending on how you feel about that. I say that because the 2nd reason is, as others pointed out - It'd need probably quite a lot of moderation or else it'd turn chaotic. I have no way of knowing if what I see, with my Public Discord server, would be similar to a Discord server that is private and only for Patreon-users, though you'd have to make sure that Patrons can't send invite links out to Non-Patrons to allow Non-patrons in, in this case. Cause they'd do that very quickly. The other thing I'd note is, a lot of Changed-fans who come into my server, a lot of them are children, odd as it is. So, expectations and discord-control would have to revolve around how to ensure things are kept orderly with how people around that age-demographic tend to act. Cause discord servers are either orderly and with many rules, like mine. Orrrr, they have little rules and tons of freedom, but then are just spammy and chaotic. As a result, if you're working on the server or trying to maintain it, it may consume a lot of your daily time.

I think discord server is nice idea, but it need English talking channels, because your audience is ≈40% english talking, and ≈60% Chinese talking, so this server will be pretty... Clumsy, i guess
