3/7

I can only make one animation a day, this is my limit...

As you can see, the original animation is generally not too long, but in the special, the length of all animations has at least doubled, and the longest one I remember is more than 40 frames

一天只能完成一个动画,这就是我的极限了…

如你们所见,原版的动画一般不会太久,但在special中,所有动画的长度至少增长了一倍,最长的一个我记得有四十多帧

Snow Dragon

These technical terms confuse me

Snow Dragon

Thank you, although I am not professional, I treat every animation carefully!

Snow Dragon

uwu thank you

Snow Dragon

thanks

Snow Dragon

oh hi doctor

Snow Dragon

More often, production is a very boring and repetitive process, and each scene requires countless tests.

Snow Dragon

If the animation is shorter, I can go faster, but the more difficult thing is to draw the ending picture.

Snow Dragon

I have to get up and keep painting in order to finish it in one day, every frame is hand-painted

Snow Dragon

I think I am quite casual!

Snow Dragon

谢谢!

画起来没那么专业,所以也就没那么难

摸摸,小天最棒了uwu

Just to let everyone know how these sprite images format work: Each images grouped in the 3x1 cell is a “mainframe”, Each of that are formatted across the Y-axis. However, due to the limit on how tall your images can be, they have to be divided into chunks of 3 cells across the X-axis. Switching to different 3x1 groups, I would call it “advancing” frame. Each image in the 3x1 group is a “subframe”. Normally this is used for idle or repeating animations, such as a brief pause during a TF (like the last 3 frames of male light latex, his arms move back and fourth across 3 images), or walking cycle animations, which both goes in a 1, 2, 3, 2... oscillate and repeating pattern. Let's call that “oscillating”. Most 3x1 images have 3 identical images because they aren't supposed to show looping frames when “advancing” steps, however, some of them are different (the aforementioned intentional animation loop for walk cycles, idle TFs, and other looping animations). The reason why there are duplicate of 3 images is because I think RPG maker have them formatted so that regardless of what sprites to show, it always oscillates between 3x1 images, regardless if the sprite is advancing or not. So basically, the reason ALL are the images 3x1 despite not needing to is because the 1, 2, 3, 2 oscillating frames are *always* applied, regardless if your sprites does need it or not, and not having that (duplicate) could result sprites not showing if the oscillator is on the frames of missing sprites. As a side note, the animation frames does not consistently go down each 3x1 on each column on “advancing”, but rather in a snake-like pattern: ↓→↑→... and repeats.

I love seeing these "behind the scenes" updates. I also love that new transformation.

Its important to recognize limits and not strain yourself. Fantastic transformation sequence!
