You can use a Taobao agent service that buys things from Taobao for you and sends them to you. One such service is Yoybuy, who helped me get my Puro...although they recently offered me 20$ coupon for a 5star review, so I don't trust them as much anymore. Do not use Baohero as their service excludes plush dolls.
