2024-02-28 01:15:53 +0000 UTC"Charlotte" started as a series of quick sketches I did just for my own "amusement" *ahem*. Then the idea of giving her the name "Charlotte" popped into my head, as did the idea of making her a "somewhat super" heroine (not superhumanly strong like Starburst or Tetsuko, but much stronger than Satin Steele), and before I knew it I had a new webcomic, "Naked Justice! The Adventures of Charlotte the Voluptuous Avenger" in which Charlotte would fight Crime and Evil "wearing a smile - and nothing else!" You think the Tetsuko comic gets silly? The idea behind "Naked Justice" is basically the 1966 "Batman" TV series, except that instead of two guys wearing costumes, it's a (very) busty woman wearing no costume. Like the rest of my work (it seems) it's a WIP, but you can read what I have here http://www.dcmstudiosonline.com/comics/nakedjustice/01/nj01pt01_cover.html Shortly after that, I decided to work her into "Tetsuko" continuity, after a fashion: Charlotte Gannon would be Sonya's younger sister and a professional nude/topless pinup model whose recent projects include a "photocomic" in which she plays a topless superheroine. I haven't worked Charlotte into the actual comics (yet), but I'm already establishing Charlotte's and Sonya's siblinghood. So no, she won't affect future Starburst world-building. (I have no idea why the "I's" I'm typing are suddenly all uppercase.)
