Added 2019-10-01 20:32:12 +0000 UTCI can't say whether this is a follow-up (or even a "prequel") to the previously posted image; I didn't consciously think of them as scenes from one "session". But if you like to think it is, that's cool too!
I think I should explain: neither Sonya nor Tetsuko are lesbians, i.e. feeling sexual attraction to women because they're women. Both of them consider themselves enthusiastically heterosexual; Tetsuko still loves men even though she's had more than her share of heartbreak from some of them. But Sonya and Tetsuko, partly due to the bizarre adventures and perils they've experienced together, have developed a bond deeper than friendship, and that bond does occasionally get expressed in sexual intimacy.

2019-11-05 14:27:18 +0000 UTCI was about to argue your definition of heterosexual :) But then I remembered there's actually a term for this type of thing, it would mean they're normally heterosexual towards men but somewhat demisexual towards women. (Also, I'm not inclined to quibble about terminology too much as long as it still leads to pics like this...)

I'm thinking that during the events of Tetsuko's Odyssey, the relative primitiveness and only-the-strons-survive savagery of the era Tetsuko and Sonya find themselves trapped in convinces Sonya that she needs to get stronger in order to survive long enough to find a way to get them back to their own time. So she does start slowly getting stronger and more muscular.
