Combining Blackbox and Master Mind into one character is an intriguing idea, but I do see their purposes in the story as different from each other: Master Mind pursues power through criminal activity (and will certainly devote some of his schemes to offing Starburst), whereas Blackbox is primarily obsessed with killing Starburst, and commits other crimes primarily to finance his anti-Starburst vendetta. (In other words, a difference in focus)

Bit of a suggestion: since Blackbox and Mastermind are more "behind the scenes" type of villains, perhaps combine the two of them into one villain. But that's my two cents on the matter. It's up to you. And, in case anyone was curious, my moniker comes from a video from the YouTube channel Glove and Boots. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0lNwk-UCtss And, to my surprise, the video was removed from their main site. Possible due to their channel going more family friendly due to YouTube's algorithms sending the entire site down the plughole.
