Page 7 is killing' me, Smalls! (Comic posted)

I was so confident that I'd be able to finish all 9 pages of the special preview scene from Kaijuu Fighter Tetsuko - the first six pages were relatively simple. It was just Tetsuko and the Rock-man, large panels, a desolate landscape that meant minimal backgrounds; I though I could get it all done by today.
Then Page 7 hit. Suddenly I had to draw the inside of the control room that's monitoring Tetsuko's fight. I had to put people in it. I had to draw stuff!!
So, I'm doing what I promised: I'm posting a PDF of what I've done so far. It's still, I think, a pretty satisfying little scene; it doesn't end on the cliffhanger I wanted, but it's still a cool suspense point.
And I'll continue working on the last two pages, and post an expanded PDF when that's done. But this is the last time I promise a Comic of the Month that I hadn't even started at the time.

2018-07-31 15:26:16 +0000 UTCBravo. Nicely done. Two observations: (1) Tetsuko looks more massive than normal in the upper body area. Not as much in “hyper/huge” mode, but noticeable. And (2) the white guy in the blue shirt on panel 1 of the last page looks miiiiighty familiar….
