Added 2018-07-28 03:00:53 +0000 UTCThe "Comic of the Month" I teased in this post will be 9 pages long: this cover you see above, a text page explaining a few things about the series that will help (I hope) in understanding what's going on, and seven pages of story*.
I still hope to get the comic finished AND the Q & A video done before the end of the month. Again, wish me luck!
*One of my favorite phrases from Joe Bob Briggs' "drive-in movie reviews" is "Too much plot getting in the way of the story." (Example: the "story" of Pacific Rim is "Giant robots fight giant monsters". The "plot" is everything that tries to explain and/or justify the story: where the monsters came from, why it was decided to build giant robots to fight them, etc.)
