Some patron changes

We are changing a few things on Patreon.
The Tiers have been slightly changed; here is a short list of the significant changes:
- The "Barbarian" Tier will have only one update per month.
- To get access to the STEAM version of the game, you must, from now on, take the "Barbarian King" Tier.
