Arms room update guys; turns out, we really can’t fit as many bananas in there as I thought we could. So, just ended up putting all the guns in the sauna, to make space. But now like, they all got rusty, really fast, cuz we know how popular the sauna is in VV. Thought we had a tub with weapons cleaning gear but it’s actually filled with freeze dried shrimp.

I’ve been using a blender for years and never thought of running it with water and soap… god dammit

Turbo Express! I had the attachment you could use to watch antenna television. Every latchkey only child's dream. Who needs imagination and/ or frienda when you can watch OTA tv and play Air Zonk.

Saturday Night Live The First 20 Years CD ROM, such a similar experience to Ben's, and Jon's quotedotcom..

tmcms

Anyone remember the cd rom that was promoted by Surge, the pop? That was 100 percent something only a child could enjoy, lol. I spent probably more hours that was intended exploring that thing.

Filthy Phillips

I used to yell at my brother when unlocking the front door after school “GIVE ME THE FUCKING MISSLE KEY!” like Hackman in Crimson Tide. Never got old.

Paul Perez

If you burn through too many Christmas movies pls consider covering The Package (1989). Watched for the first time last year and was genuinely distracted by how much of an ABZ movie it was

Jenn

It's now almost 15 years ago, so not recent, but there was a Broadway revival of Miller's That Championship Season in 2011. Brian Cox as the Coach, Jim Gaffigan, Chris Noth, Jason Patric, and Kiefer Sutherland. Don Harvey, who you would recognize right away, was one of the understudies. Directed by Gregory Mosher. Super limited 2-month run. I didn't see it- our youngest was born in 2010, so I was paying no attention to theater at that point and or I would have. Meesa Blend?!

Scott Tammel

When I was a teen I used to work at a Staples on Vancouver Island and in the break room above the fridge there was a signed headshot of Barry Pepper. Apparently he came in to buy a laptop and then brought / sent one to the store? I’d stare at it every lunch break and ponder his career to that point.

Flappy McGillicuddy-Jones III

I worked for the Sandlot's Pat Renna, he is indeed a scientologist and it was indeed obvious. Not that he ever talked about it, just in the way he would "alpha" other men and rudely scold them. They would take it because they were scientologist cucks 🤣

Paulie_Saul.

I hate the Vitamix. Mine broke after a year. I use my Ninja blender with the cook option every day and it's going strong for 3 years. #TeamNinja

Brash Tracks

Jason Lee briefly lived in my Texas town (Denton TX) from like 2015-2019 ish. Saw him and his family around a few times, seems like a good guy. I highly recommend looking into his photography, really good stuff imo.

I liked Gabriel Byrne's reaction. I hope the Action Boyz cover End of Days, even though that movie was from deep 1999.

David Bauer

Reminded me of the Braveheart "game" I got for Christmas in 1995 that basically just had some behind-the-scenes footage, encyclopedia entries, and a matching game. I asked my parents to spend money on that.

David Bauer

Hell yeah

Will See

I worked at Planet Hollywood in Beverly Hills in 1998. Wild things happened that year. Leonardo DiCaprio had lunch with three teenage girls who were dying of cancer for Make A Wish, a crazy night dealing with a drunk Stephen Dorff at the Blade premiere after party and I served Will Smith’s son Trey’s 6th birthday party in one of our private rooms. He was super nice and tipped me and a co worker $100 bills each. A week later, Gabriel Byrne brought his son Jack for his birthday party($20 tip) But the craziest part was, we would constantly have updated movie trailers playing on all screens, and they kept playing Enemy of the State every hour. I didn’t say anything to Will when it was playing in the room but during Gabriel’s party, I pointed at the TV and I go “Wow, 2 cast members in one week. Will was here last week”. Gabriel looked at the screen and goes “Eh”. I also saw Fiona Apple blowing PT Anderson in our screening room.

Paul Perez

Screaming Hackman is my new favorite ABZ character. “BECAUSE YOU MADE A PHONE CALL!” 😄 Can’t wait for him to make an appearance on future episodes.

been meaning to watch this forever so it was a nice excuse. it came out when i was 8 so i was too young to see it at the time. it always interested me because my dad's friend raved about it and saw it multiple times in the theater. great movie and wild prophecy

Eliana

Really a love letter to the Stanley Thermos. Truly ahead of it's time in reusable beverage conveyances.

Roscoe 112

Hell yeah, love this movie. Oh boy, my favorite totally normal Scientologists in a movie together, Jason Lee and Will Smith. Gene Hackman gets to be the most sane person by just not being part of that cult. Anyway, great episode.

ShangDangus

"What if they mated?"

I watched the sequel to American Graffiti for the first time last year. It actually has a lot of good alcohol dragster stuff and some of the story is good. It's a good Saturday through it on and tune in and out movie.

I think the TV quiz show is called Debt. 96-98, looks the same as Jeopardy. I’ve never seen it, I only know of it because Matt Gourley has talked about getting screwed out of $4k over the name of the snake from Raiders.

Dave McM

Fun flick!

Russell Hall

Don't mind me, I'm just here looking for my blender. It's the one thing that makes me relatable.
