When I clicked the link it started playing "In the Line of Duty 2: Super Cops. Cast looks the same. Can i assume this is the same film with two different names due to international distribution rights or whatever?

This still has some absolutely banging fight scenes, but it also takes every chance it can get to cut away to a gaggle of bumbling idiots played by more famous dudes.

His Asian face would barely even be considered offensive by today's standards in that one scene. Check out some of the Rotten Tomatoes reviews if you got some free time. They're a fun read. 5 stars.
