Only because I forgot to send him money for rent (I SENT IT BEFORE HE TOOK MY CABLE STILL). Imagine being this stupid? Cut off my only source of income, making me unable to work and provide content which is how I earn money. And he decided to cut me off. I am wondering if this applies to some sort of abuse.......

I live with him, he is mostly away tho. Like, 2-3 weeks away, 1 week at home. I already separated from him once, the thing is, I am really depended on him. If I separate again, I will go back to my abusive mother. There is no win for me.

Totally seems like abuse to me, threatening to take something away from you in order to obtain something in exchange is not okay, no matter the circumstances. You could report it to the police and demand a restraining order, so you could breath without that threat over your head. Did he give your cable back, in the end ?
