Friends of Mine 0.8a
Added 2020-01-25 11:11:43 +0000 UTCHey everyone, sorry I've been awfully busy lately but here is 0.8a. There will be another small part of this with some Gabby content that just wasn't ready quite yet, as well as some extra little adjustments and fixes. This update does fix some annoying issues though, as well as adds some fun scenes for both gay and straight characters to play around with, and, as I said, there will be more very soon once it's actually done. After this, I'll be moving into 0.8b with Liam, Alex, and Alicia's story content, then beyond that I hope to try and cover more stuff that hasn't had much in the way of updates in a while, like the club story as well as adjusting job stuff a bit.
I also know that there are still issues that need to be addressed, so I am trying to make that a focus with 0.8 in general, so please keep letting me know what issues you find.
As some of you may have seen on discord, I mentioned that I ran into a snag while working on my other project and it, unfortunately, ate up a chunk of my time without yielding the results I wanted. As such, the stuff I wanted to show off for it isn't done yet, but I'll put it up as soon as I actually get things sorted.
Anyway, I do hope that you all enjoy the little bits of stuff here and look forward to the other parts coming very soon!
Patch Notes:
- Added another continuation to the stories with the park and club drug dealers.
- Added 3 new outfits to the Pawn Shop and Clothing Store (6 total) which become available after finishing the new drug dealer stories.
- Added a new icon to represent options that start or progress storylines.
- Updated the Objectives page for the recent additions to Chloe's story.
- Fixed an issue in which Chloe's story may get stuck.
- Fixed the Search for Porn menu missing an image and text.
- Fixed the Help menu trying to trap you forever.
- Fixed a bunch of errors when searching through the books at the library.
- Fixed an issue where ordering alcohol could put your cash in the negative.
- Adjusted some options and text for consistency.
