So, the title of this one pretty much describes the premise, which makes sense as it began in 2016 as a series of self-published novels on Let's Become a Novelist (Japan's answer to Wattpad or Fanfiction.net). It's a testimony to the writer's quality that it got popular enough to be adapted as a manga two years later, and then as an animated series in early 2023.

Sorry to be so academic about it; I don't actually harbour any personal interest in this one given my dislike of isekais, but I remember seeing Fel depicted very often earlier in the year. And to its credit, at least Campfire Cooking didn't fall back on... certain things to make sure its audience is paying attention, if you know what I mean. I like the manga artwork a lot from what I've seen though.
