A quickie I did a few days ago...
I like to imagine that they were once complete... and paid for the conjoinment surgery by selling parts of their bodies. Sadly, it ws more expensive that what they predicted and had to give up on limbs also...
But, they're so much happy sharing the same body and be able to kiss each other, that kinda put that issue aside for now...
