End of the Month Update

Hello and as always, thank you for your support on here, especially those who reached out during my unexpected downtime.  This entry is a follow-up to my journal on 28th April, when I finally felt like myself again.

So, my plan for May is to open up for commissions again, but in a more limited capacity than before.  However, I won’t be pausing Patr​eon again because there’ll be two months of no material whilst I’m away on holiday.

Africa will be more a working holiday than anything, because my sister and brother-in-law are having their 2nd ceremony for the relatives who couldn’t fly here to England for the wedding.   And I’ll be entertaining the bf upon my return.

Some will wonder why I continue to do this, given how burnt out I felt recently.  Nevertheless, I don’t feel right not working when I have the opportunity to: a month is a long time.  As I questioned in the previous journal entry: what would I do otherwise?   My convalescence led to a bit of an existential crisis, which still lingers after I recovered.

I don’t know if I’m doing too much on here or too little compared to other Content Creators on here but I’ve not had any disgruntled murmurings, per se.  So I must be doing something right.

I don’t have a poll again for next month, but I’ll try to come up with something for June since I’m well past due for one.  But I do have some characters in mind for next month to cast an eye over, so please look forward to that.   And the other usual content; I’ll post an image-based to-do-list as is the norm on here, as well as any updates I hear on what Patreon is doing.
