So the final arc of this particular comic culminated in a tie-in event. From what I understand of it, long running antagonist Ben Reilly ends up stealing a scythe from some magic woman, adopts this moniker and appearance, and everyone tries to get it off him so some form of normalcy can be restored. I alluded to it here before actually.

Anyway, I thought the character design was hot in that old-school Warcraft way, but what started out as a doodle took way more time than I thought it would and it turned into a study of sorts. I'm just not used to working in purple and s'been a while since I did a really top-heavy physique. Ah well. Even though I didn't like the story overall, there were some concepts and things that I thought were cool. Maybe I'll draw more from it someday.
