Now November Approaches...

… the doldrums have hit hard this week, as is the monthly custom.  I’m in that temporary rut of despair where my mind’s in a fog and I don’t seem able to draw anything.

In short, I’m saying I may not be able to get Infurlation Redux or Flora-Fauna Fen SURVIVE done in time before November begins next week.  So if anyone wants to drop their pledge once the payment cycle starts and ends next week, I won’t blame you. I apologise for it as I did too many commissions and didn’t start my Patreon commitments until practically the middle of the month.  And there is the ongoing concern of this platform’s structural changes…

I have no defence or excuses, not even catastrophisation.

That isn’t to say I’m suddenly going to cheap out and stop drawing altogether, nor do I plan to go back on hiatus again. I feel as though the pincers are slowly drawing in, so it’s ‘now or never’ time; I want to do as much as I can here whilst I’m still able to.

So I'm finally working on the title page for the next part of the Poking Around Complete TL Guide (hopefully you can see what took me so long with the WIP below...)

And next week, the Patrons' Choice poll will go live (coming Monday 1st).

So we shall see what happens.  I will be still doing stuff, but I just wanted to keep you all posted.  Also, may I also take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for keeping me financially buoyant – next month, I’m finally getting a new mattress I’ve long been overdue to replace and am last sorting out dental care (turns out I need a tooth extraction as well as fillings need re-doing).   I very much appreciate every red cent, even if I’m not super-obvious about it.  Thank you all so, so much for everything.
