Eliminator Glasya-Labolas, directly named after one of the Presidents of Hell, as described in the 1800s Dictionnaire Infernal. Better quality card imagery here.
He initially appeared in the second season of Buddyfight, episode 56. He was part of the Hyakki/Hundred Demons... thingy, primarily used by that series's antagonist. The end. Textless version included.
EDIT: added two variants because I wasn't happy with the face or the hair but I couldn't decide between the original version and the newer version, so take your pick.
