A Not-so Iron-Clad Lad
Added 2019-08-20 20:39:29 +0000 UTCFor newcomers, I tend to do 4 pin-ups a month - two NSFW ones and two more SFW-ish (kind of). So this is one of the latter.
Anyway, I’d forgotten how much easier it was to remember the names of the Buddy Monsters; they were much less ornate in the beginning of the series. Iron Chain Dragon used to be a regular of the series protagonist in the early days but as more deck packs got introduced, he fell by the wayside.
I’ll spare the rhetoric and simply link the reference images of the official card artwork and screencaps someone took on Deviantart (without whom I'd be rather lost since I can't remember which episode some characters appeared in).
Thank you to all the Patrons to continue to fund me here, allowing me to do more pieces like this for pin-ups. My aim isn't just to do the known ones, but also highlight some of the more obscure buddies too. Textless alt included.
At the time of posting this, I haven't yet started collating all the images into a sort of gallery but will do so once I figure out what goes where.
