NEW SUPPORTER TIERS AND STUFF

It's still under construction in terms of looks (want to add some more imagery and icons in the reward tiers and about section) and still want to revise the wording a few more times for clarity of communication but otherwise the tiers are as displayed and the new rewards will be dished out starting in March!
