Afraid so. The Heroine Club Four was originally conceived as mascots for an old Yahoo Group that focused on different kinds of superheroine transformations. Each character represented a different type of transformation that was popular in the group--muscle growth/hulkout TFs, werecreature TFs, magical costume changes, and yes, the old school costume change. Tara here represented that last category.
