A mystical being sensed a unique energy in college student Megumi "Meg" Raymond that convinced it that she was the next in line to become the Magical Guardian Princess Titania. But the energy inside Meg, while similar, came from a very different source--sinister experiments conducted on her when she was very young. Unaware of her past, Meg has been given doses a special isotope to contain this energy, but her new powers have ironically lessened the effectiveness of those treatments. Now, if her enemies push her too far, it is not the Guardian Princess they will face, but something much more dangerous...
