Optional Build E-Mails (with images)

If you're already set up to get post notifications via Patreon, feel free to ignore this -- I'll still be posting short versions of notifications here, too. The main difference between my new e-mail system and the existing one for Patreon is that I can put the full build update notes and uncensored images into my e-mails, whereas with Patreon I'm not supposed to put uncensored images in public posts.
