He traverses the material plane in his enigmatic wagon, a haunting carillon chiming from its rear, offering wares that are scarce or utterly unattainable anywhere else. But his goods come at a steep price. If you find your pockets lacking, fear not, for Wozan is ever prepared to propose a contract, confident that all debts will be settled when the time is ripe. His agreements, often shrouded in mystery and penned in shadow, are ironclad. For in Wozan's world, a deal is a deal, and the terms, though often cryptic, are inevitably fulfilled.
