Why "Justice for Han" is a big deal

Note: This video does not spoil anything beyond what's in the poster/trailer for F9: The Fast Saga.

Rewatching San Andreas and seeing Will Yun Lee playing Dr. Kim Chung be introduced and die within 5 minutes really made me sad.
