Thanking the both of you for sharing this! I'm lucky to have folks in my life who I can talk sanely about this with, but even with that privilege, it is great hearing your thoughts on just how upside the past 2 days have been. It is affirming even though it is depressing to think about. I agree that most of us (at least those of us who have been reading the signs of the times!) have been anticipating what happened but it doesn't supersede the shock of watching it happen in real time.
