If you could take an all access tour through any video games setting(s) like in a holodeck from Star Trek, which game would you choose?

Do you feel there is a place for having multiple difficulties for different skill levels, or do you think games should take the from software route of being 1 singular difficulty? (Also, thank you for all the hard work you put in for this channel, and the thought you put into the answers for these videos! Keep up the hard work!)
