Though my dad sometimes played the fiddle for us as kids 😅 Now I dance with my husband and kids though, and a dance party is actually an INCREDIBLE way to regulate your emotionally dysregulated child and/or self. Especially winters here where we’re stuck inside we’ve been doing dance parties. My 6yo daughter gets really interpretive and emotive with her dancing and my 4yo son does the best dancing punch move you ever saw 😂

He’s the oldest brother but the one with the least familial responsibilities so he just seems so young and carefree 😂
