Bluey S2E32-35 Watch A Long

Hey Peaches! It's time for some much needed Bluey! In this episode we hang out on Bin Night, try to eat some ice cream, learn how to deal with a bad mood, and then play the quiet game. Oh, and Jay feels utterly exposed at one point, which is fun.

Ugh. The Disney order. Have we even met Winton yet? By this point in the story arc, we should at least be aware of him and getting to know him. The thing I hate about the Disney order is that it's pushing all those really important reveals into one big pile of episodes instead of spacing them out between the "every day" moments. The whole POINT of the series is that you slowly discover little bits and pieces that you remember for a final rollercoaster drop. The Disney order makes "Act II after the Midpoint/Bad Guys Close In" story beats of the series arc feel too rushed. The stakes aren't being raised gradually; they're going to all be shot to the top in one big push. I hate that Disney storytelling doesn't trust the audience's intelligence. This is my main gripe with that brand's approach to storytelling. Messing up the order of the Bluey episodes is just another example of treating children like they're too dumb to catch the subtleties of human interactions.

So cool to hear him and think of Steve.

Fun fact, Alfie is voiced by Robert Irwin and is a Dingo

Funnily enough my dad's tactic was the opposite 😂 if we went out the three kids and mom would get ice creams and my dad would just wait until inevitably none of the kids could finish our ice creams and he'd get a three for one deal 😂 (my mom on the other hand would ask for a bite of mine and take a massive bite leaving me like 😧😠 which she found hilarious)

Jay, I'm an ADHDer who loves to yap as well. And it pains me to see how self conscious you are about it because I'm the same way. But let me tell you, as someone on the outside, what you consider to be "a lot" is only because you are an entertainer. You are GREAT at your job. When I see you telling stories and making jokes, it makes me less self conscious to be myself. So all that to say, thank you for being "a lot". And I hope you can see that what you are self conscious about is really an asset to who you are and why we all love you. Adam, we love you too. Don't you worry. This post is just specifically aimed at Jay.
