The Boys S4E04 Watch A Long

Hey Peaches! This episode is special. It's the first time that we've come across a scene that both of us NOPE'd right out of. Also, Firecracker goes full scorched earth on Starlight. OH, and is Butcher dying or not?

That was a fantastically fun reaction, and I loved how this episode was SO GOOD it kept pulling you back - except for that one scene which is going down in the pReview'd Hall of Fame!!

LOL I just posted basically the same thing :P Then I saw this :)

Oh and I have a theory that the last dose he said he gave himself didn't make him more super it made the brain cancer thing super... and intelligent/independent parasite type thing but we'll see :)

When you talked about the different things you bring I immediately thought peanut butter and jelly... Adam's peanut butter helps hold things together and keep them from squishing all over the place as much... Where Jay is just the Jelly. Sweet, fun for his little one to play with but things end up messy... I lost the metaphor LOL but you get it. :P

I have a strong feeling that they are not innocent... That area still exists for a reason... There's probably more going on down there than his old stuff. :( I wondered if that's where certain Gen V people ended up... LOL

I feel like that would be a very cool follow up to that Diabolical one-shot where the lady's cancer got superpowers and became that big magic blob thing.

Also Hughie left the puffer jacket with the v on the chair. She didnt even have to pickpocket him. Just use it while he was getting drinks.

Also personal theory, I think because butcher had brain cancer, and THEN took adult safe V, I think his cancer was distinct enough to count as its own being. So I don’t think butcher has superpowers. I think butcher’s cancer has superpowers

The only thing i dislike that Homelander did (very specifically in this episode) was kill the innocent new employees. I honestly dont mind that he killed frank, barbara, and marty. It would obviously be the good thing to do to let them live but the fact that Frank's first response was "I was just doing my job" instead of apologizing for burning a child alive makes me as mad as it made homelander lol.

Of all the shit this show has done, on-screen lobotomy is the first one that made me entirely uncomfortable. Probably because my fear of asylums and lobotomy is so ingrained in my being that it produces a visceral reaction but DAMN that thing is concerning

It's funny. I won't watch movies like The Human Centipede but nothing on this show has made me turn away from the screen

I know the scene yall both noped out of before I even watch it. It’s the scene where A-Train found the jar, right?
