2024-10-06 18:31:32 +0000 UTCYou nailed it, Adam. Omega doesn't HAVE a high M-count, but when Palpatine's blood gets added to hers, her genetic makeup can handle it. What Emerie said was that Omega's blood responded without any M-count degradation. That's why she is so important. It's not she is a good donor...she's a good HOST for Palpatine's genetic material. (That last sentence sounds so wrong, so don't take it that way.)

2024-05-26 00:27:23 +0000 UTCThe Dark Disciple book has already been mentioned, but the main thing is that Ventress knows Quinlan Voss, who we know from the Obi-Wan show is part of the Path. I think that rather than training her, I think she would have tried to put her on the path to safety. Instead, knowing that she's more connected to her brothers, then that's where Omega will stay. It's also an interesting look at why Jedi trained younglings from infancy/toddler years instead of when they're older.

It's ok if Omega isn't trained to be a Jedi. Also, it seemed like Ventress and Crosshair had a little chemistry going for a minute. If I had my own light saber, I would love to have a yellow one.

2024-05-11 05:13:21 +0000 UTCTo Jay & Adam, if you haven't heard LucasFilm said that more Ventress content is coming in the near future. As fans had a lot of questions about what happened to Ventress since the last time we saw her and they said they would explain things in future content, but they wouldn't say exactly where that would be. I'm hoping she might get her own spotlight in a future "Tales of..." season. Or maybe if they do a series about the Path, she might show up. Also if you were not aware, when Clones Wars the animated series was cancelled there were a lot of episodes in production that were never finished. This included a big 8 episode story arc about Ventress and her journey away from the dark side and towards the light side of the Force. The scripts were all written by none other than George Lucas' daughter Katie Lucas. It got far enough along that there are story reels of the episodes on YouTube with dialoge from voice actors. It's a shame that when they brought back Clone Wars for season 7 for DisneyPlus, that it didn't included this storyarc. Anyways, after Clone Wars was cancelled LucasFilm didn't want this great storyline to waste away. So they adapted the scripts into a book called Dark Disciple by Christie Golden. Anyone interested in Ventress story, they should check it out. Also LucasFlim does great audiobooks if anyone wants to go that route. LucasFilm really adds a lot of production value to a lot of their audiobooks adding music, sound effects and more.
